We moved to a beautiful village in France. Most of the habitants in the village are Turkish Muslims. Others included from Georgia, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine and from Arab countries. The Turkish have built their big community center,mosque and set up a big market. Besides this big mosque and their community center, there is another mosque near the Institution for families or place where we go 2 days a week for 2 hours per day to learn the language. It's the CASF, where I found an association who arranges and maintains activities such as arts, sports and events for families living in this village. With the kind help of our teacher, I also registered all 5 of us in the family. We moved to this village in December 2021 and after 6 months I found out about it. In my whole life, I confess to being very slow everywhere in life. I attended a program which was about a talk given by a professor on ‘Religious studies’. She talked about 'which type of humans need religion or how religion is still part of many' . I am not sure about the topic title but it's a talk about religion and society. It was in the French language so I did not understand it fully but a little.
Before summer vacation last year in this beautiful village, in spring I saw that very small house type cupboards were made in many of the vicinity of the village. I saw these near the supermarket, near the train station, in the park and many other places. I see a trend or habit of book reading in the whole Europe that is their reason for progress. I was fond of books in my childhood and still checked many books, but all were in French. I was checking whenever I went to the park or Supermarket . Once I got an English book, I took it and read it all and placed it back after a few days. Some Other times I have seen many English books near the train station. I have brought them home. It is a very healthy activity for people who want to read free books. They can take it free from these tiny houses like cupboards, read and place back for others to read. Similarly the books they have purchased and read, they can place here for others to read. Many of them are on fiction, some on history also but in French.
The thing which shocked me and later I guessed the reason behind it. So it must be expressed. One day the park, where I always take the kids to play. I found the books scattered here and there. I took it all and went to that cupboard in the park. Cupboard’s door was broken but I can keep the books inside. While I was keeping them inside, one of them was 'kamasutra'. I often see many Setters families come here. and some boys also from that community. I was shocked that it is a good activity to take and place books to read but why is this cupboard broken and it looks like some people violently broke the door and scattered the books. I guessed it's the Turkish people who are more than 13 percent of the population living in this village. I wondered what type of mentality they have. Though it is obvious and I understand that the muslims never lose or change their mentality for years and years, no matter if that is an expired philosophy of life or based on dark ages type mentality. I thought they have been living here for more than 30 years but still they have the same old expired mentality. I pity that what has Europe done to take millions of these minds which changed the whole concept of freedom of speech and blunt artistic approach is at stake which was the essence of enlightenment of Europe. Sorry to say but these refugees or majority of settled muslims are ruining all that. They are trying to impose their type of thinking all over Europe. They are successful doing this in the UK, Canada, Australia, America, Germany and almost all European countries. It's very sad.
It leads me to 2 more happenings and there are more things which are curbing and minimizing the environment of fullness of life, real concept of freedom of expression and the very meaning of progressive thinking.
I was shocked when in the debate, President Macron said to Madam Marine le pen that 'it will give rise to civil war if we ban hijab'.
Secondly, I went through a case in which a European court decided: 'talking or expressing one's opinion about any religious personality is not freedom of expression'. Why a human cannot be criticized due to his affiliation or behavior or whatsoever which is told by men themselves.
How Europeans themselves are diminishing and restricting their own values which they set after a long term struggle of abolishing tyrannical and brutal hold of religion over state, over the people. Why are there boundaries to freedom of speech when it's not physically torturing anyone. It is one's expression of opinion. Whatever it is, it should not be curbed. It can be neutralized or fought or contrasted only by another opposite opinion but should not be restricted to express. It's like you are 'prisoning the freedom' and saying:” you are free to express what you want”. Its best human modern equality, liberty values that's why they left their lands to have a good life here. Who does not know the value of most modern humanistic rights, morality and approach to life.
Instead of educating and changing their thinking, you let yourself be embraced by their old, fascist and expired values. So it was a shocking revelation.
They are increasing their population, brainwashing kids, young people for killing humans, for suicide bombing. and there are many incidents of rapes in Germany, UK did by these settlers. Most of them are Pakistani Muslims. A lot of incidents by refugees of Sweden and Denmark. On one hand, they are beggars, on the mercy of state housing and earning for survival and on the other hand imposing their fascist laws and restrictions to humans around them.
I am ending this article on this phrase. An author of books on history once said to me, ''by letting these people live and settle in Europe, Europe has placed a time bomb in its lands''.
